I just moved to the area and needed a new nail place. I walked in and I was greeted with a beautiful smile from Megan. She took her time helping me pick my nails color and shape. . I found my new nail technician. Love my nails

They do an amazing job every single time but there seems to be a bit of trouble in the scheduling area. My mom and I booked online for 2pm. We booked under her name, but I was scheduled for a shellac removal and shellac manicure at 2pm with Eva. She booked for a pedicure at 2pm with Mia. My mom got set up for her pedicure with only a small delay, but I waited almost an hour and ended up having my manicure done by Olivia rather than Eva. Olivia did a beaitoful job with my nails though I love them. Last time I came for an appointment I was with my friend and there was a big delay then too. The work they do is very well done and they have great attention to detail, but I'm not sure if they double book their schedule or of online appointment bookings aren't going through. If you plan on booking an appointment be prepared to wait a good bit past the scheduled time. Otherwise, the work itself is great.

Extremely poor services, I told the girl so many times but she still continued to grind my nails. Now all my nails are broken and damaged. She just took the entire upper layer of my nails and broke it from corners. It’s so painful now when it get stuck with something. She was least bothered. I am just waiting for it to grow.
As per the owner’s respond adding the receipt photo, which proves the address 2728 James Mowatt Trail SW. I politely said thank you , paid the amount and left with a disappointment.

I used to go here regularly and then I personally stopped getting my nails done altogether two years ago. Last night I decided to treat myself and get my nails done. My technician was Olivia.
I stated very clearly I want square oval Nails and I want acrylic with a white acrylic plastic tip. NONE of that happened! I have very sharp square nails
Even on their booking site, it states the service is $50 so not only did I not end up with the type of acrylic nail with the white plastic tip I wanted applied, which I even stopped the girl from applying the clear one and she said no, no no don’t worry.
On top of that while filing the Nails she aggressively filed my physical finger so badly that not only was it bleeding but today the next morning it’s swollen and possibly infected. As someone who is on a computer all day I can barely type on that finger now!
But if you look on their booking app, it states a full set of acrylics are $50 so tell me how it is when I cash out with them that bill comes to $73 and they’re still expecting a tip For not only injuring me but not providing any of the service that I literally made very clear I wanted and also stated stop.
All I want the white applied plastic tip and she says no no no don’t worry about it. I want my money back. Like a response to a review After I tried to stop a technician saying no that’s not what I want and me having to correct her a few times to her injuring me it’s not good enough. I want my full money back. I Do not want a discount. I do not want an apology because of a paying customer pays almost $100 the total which is half of even what your website states you’re paying for the booking it’s unacceptable and if a customer states they know what they want this and your technician says no no no don’t worry about it. It’s unacceptable, and if your technician injured somebody causing blood, it is also unacceptable. Those nail files are not cleaned between people.
I really did used to love going to this location when I got my nails done and this experience will make sure I do not.
And if that nail technician comes back saying oh, I applied the white tip with gel making my price go up $20, I literally stated I wanted the white plastic tip. I don’t know how much more clear that could’ve been so my price should not have gone up. Iam so beyond disappointed and unhappy with the whole experience. Even on the length I had to tell her three times it’s too long, did she listen no until finally I said stop make it shorter.
But even the fact that this service with a tip was well over $40 more than that website states a full set of acrylic nails is, that’s just stealing people’s money. It’s disgusting.
