Went to Sappho to to have a prenatal massage and a private yoga session in my third trimester. Sappho made me feel at ease and very comfortable, and was very knowledgable. I cannot wait to go back as her massage was incredible! I highly recommend Sappho to anyone who is in need of a prenatal massage or a customized yoga practice that is built to suit your needs.

I started going to Sappho for my Pre natal massages and it's been the best ever?. She's absolutely a wonderful person and extremely attentive to my requests and needs. It's been a beautiful transition from Prenatal to Postpartum massages and now to Therapeutic massage as most of my problems have been cured once for all. She's quite passionate about her work and the atmosphere is so serene making it a fantastic experience everytime❤️

Sappho is an excellent massage therapist and nurse. She pays close attention to detail and recognizes so well what focus areas are important for pre-natal massage. I felt her work was skilled, professional and respectful. Her space is tidy and protocols for a safe and clean environment are in place. To be very honest, her treatments and massage are the best I have ever experienced and I will continue to see her before delivery and after. Thanks, highly recommended.

I started seeing Sappho for prenatal massage during my pregnancy and have continued to see her well into my postpartum journey. I have never enjoyed massages more; she is firm but gentle and checks in with you regularly. The environment Sappho creates feels serene and safe, not to mention spotlessly clean. She also seems to intuit when a massage should be quiet and when to chat, and I really enjoy the balance. Sappho is kind and funny, and exceptionally good at what she does. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Sappho is an incredible Massage Therapist, but more importantly an amazing human being :) I began seeing her during my pregnancy and I have continued to see her 10 years on. She is attentive, caring and helpful. She’s got great technique and always goes above and beyond for her clients. Being in health care I appreciate her knowledge of anatomy and professionalism. Highly recommend!!
