Amazing services. More than satisfied. Just moved to this area and tried them for the first time. The shellac manicure was so good got a pedicude done aswell. Must visit and the employees are the sweetest. So calm and respectful. Had a great experience.

Lovely Salon ! I came in with nasty, grown out nails & Vivian was such an Angel ! She gave me the cutest new set, checked in with me throughout the whole process to make sure I was happy with the nails & she was so kind and funny. 10/10 recommend & will be returning !

Great job with my nails every time. Lots of colour selections & everyone is very friendly. They offer coffee water or tea with their services as well.

My only complaint is the lack of communication with pricing. If there is an additional cost, then that should be communicated along the way. Ie. I had 4 colours, no designs, I wasn’t told it would cost $5 extra for a 4th colour (3 or less no charge). Then, I had two nails missing that needed tips, I was not told that would be an additional $5. Mine or which I was aware of nor was it on their brochure / list of prices. I should be told what I will be charged prior to.

I got an acrylic full set with shellac done. It’s a very clean, organized, and professional place! They provide thorough care. I am not in love with my nails, but they are not awful. They seem a bit chunky, not a huge fan of the shape. Very hardworking employees. Not sure if I will come here again.

Came back to edit my review because my nails are actually super ugly, definitely would not come here again. The shape is ugly, it’s uneven, and super duper chunky

I booked an appointment for a mani/pedi with the shellac polish on just my hands (I said this on the phone). When I got there the lady was a little annoyed by the fact that I wanted to use my own polish on my toes (which is why I said when I booked it would be regular polish).

Anyways this was the fastest pedicure ever. I asked her to cut my nails as short as possible, she did not. My cuticles were not completely cleaned up. Same with my manicure, my cuticles were a mess when I left.

I went with the shellac for my nails because I was going on a trip and I knew regular polish wouldn’t last a day. Turns out this wasn’t any better. This didn’t even last a week. The polish cracked down the middle somehow.
I ended up going on my trip and noticing my nails getting worse each day, but thinking ok I’ll deal with it when I get back home.

Once I get back home I reach out by phone to ask if there is anything they can do. Basically in the phone I was told to bad you should’ve called sooner. I asked to speak to the manager, I was told to send an email.

The email exchange was that again I didn’t take the time out of my vacation to call/email them that my nails were ruined. Since it was 4 days over their “policy” they would not give me a refund and would only remove the polish on the chipped finger. Which was 8 out of 10.

I was also told that I should’ve gone with acrylics if I wanted something that would last longer. I paid $85, it didn’t even last a week. My pedicure also chipped and looked like crap. Your nail tech that took off the polish said something completely different.
If I wanted acrylics I would’ve asked for them.

The owner wouldn’t even speak to me in person. I used to go here often to get my nails done but now after this I won’t return.

Keep ripping customers off, you’ve gotta pay off the X5.

Edit: the “resolution” from the owner was to blame me for not contacting them while I was on vacation so they would not refund me or fix the problem with my nails. They would only remove the polish on the nails that were damaged. Which ended up being all of them.

No you did not resolve this concern. Your customer service is even worse.
