Happiest I’ve ever been getting my nails done.
Best nail salon I’ve been to. My nail tech was running the show and she killed it. She made sure all the extensions were the same length, she was kind (even though I was accidentally 10 minutes late), she made sure the gel curing wasn’t uncomfortable. Plus she was answering calls from customers and staying up to date on company instagram DMs. Her attention to detail was amazingly.
Cost breakdown:
Plain nail extension was $70
Plus $10 for the “cat eye” (holographic) gel polish
Plus a $10 tip I payed about $91 with tax.

Lisa and the pretty lady with the bangs did my nails, it took about 30 mins. They were very gentle and kept asking if I was okay. It was the best service, and the best nails I have gotten. The attention to detail is amazing. I would definitely coming back. Thank you!

Chloe at Nail it is the sweetest and really hears what you want and naked you feel comfortable to express yourself and I appreciate that a lot, Chloe is going to be my go to nail tech!

Nail it honest review

Had a horrifying experience at this salon. Never experienced such poor treatment of a client in my 20 years of living in Canada. Booked with Chloe but unfortunately got Natasha instead.
I came on Valentine’s Day because I wanted to do something nice for myself and relax after a long day of work. I was not greeted when I walked in not even a smile or happy Valentine’s Day. She just asked if I had an appointment.
The way she looked at me and spoke to me made me feel like she was annoyed I came here in the first place. It made me want to turn around and walk out but I decided to give her a chance. I regret doing that because her attitude became progressively worse.
When I asked her about a certain color she rolled her eyes at me and her tone of voice was very rude, sounded annoyed that I was asking questions. Her English is bad so she called her co worker Ilona to help explain. Ilona could see Natasha was getting frustrated with doing gel nails and offered to help do my nails. They were speaking Russian language which I happen to understand very well as I am also from Ukraine.
Natasha was rude to both me and Ilona. She said how annoyed she was to be doing these nails. I couldn’t stay silent anymore so I started talking back to her in Russian. She was shocked that I could understand everything she said. Instead of apologizing right away she started making excuses. Said she had a long day and that she is tired of doing fake nails for everyone……
First of all you work in a nail salon so if you’re not happy with your career or place of work please pack up your stuff and leave nobody will miss your poor attitude and lack of customer service. Maybe it’s ok to act like this in your home country but not here in Canada. She apologized eventually but it was too late my entire experience was completely ruined. I didn’t get what I wanted for design as I just wanted to finish and get the f out of there. I felt very uncomfortable. The rest of the appointment was awkward. She also cut way too much of my cuticle which caused irritation and inflammation.
I did not get any discount on this horrible service and walked out almost crying. I don’t recommend this place to anyone find somewhere else to spend your money.

We created a chat to try and handle the issues with our appointment and no accommodations were made to ensure good service. The review was posted hours later. So please have some class and do not lie further.
The nail colour was see through for most of us, our nails were bumpy and thin, some of the extensions were put on when the person said no, we were charged for new set as well as fill and length when all a girl got was fill.
As far as your liquor license, 2 people with a proserve is not enough when everyone is pouring and opening bottles. We asked for video footage so we could be proven wrong and instead you left the chat and ignored our concerns.
You never checked Identification when several people were visibly under not only 25, but 20.
I have attached a photo of your stellar beautiful work so you can see how good of a job these turned out to be!
You brought up the booking chat and sent me screenshot to say we never asked for the price for extensions, but then lied that we never told you we would be bringing our own bottles even though it was in the same screenshot YOU sent ME. Honey I can't make this up.
I will post the entire interaction between us if that becomes necessary because I will not have you lying to save face when you did not have this level of confidence in our chats together.
