Amazing patience, clean a friendly environment. Answer all questions to best of their ability, was able to sign up membership card same day as shopping.

I was in search of a specific hair tool, staff at the this location gave me something different to try, specifically saying if I didn't like it, I could exchange it for something else but no refund. I came back 2 days later to exchange it because it wasn't giving me the look I wanted. I was then told because it was used I couldn't return it, I explained what the previous staff member had said and obviously I won't know if I like it if I can't try it. She escalated to an area manager who said they couldn't help me, but also proceeded to tell me this isn't the first time that other staff member had done this. Knowing all of this, their manager said no to following through with what their staff offered.
Lack of care and customer service is astounding. The rep who escalated it, I think her name was Sydney, she was very nice, but I still won't return and would not recommend shopping here.

Super rude....made faces at me the whole time I was there. I have never felt so disrespected shopping in a store.

I was told by a fellow RMT professional that therapists could get an account to shop for supplies here. The one girl with pink hair working at this location was very condescending when I tried to make an account with them. She made me feel uncomfortable and very unwelcome stating I couldn't even browse around; funny enough I can shop/buy online without an account, just no discount. She was probably just following the company policies but her delivery was not great, considering she is in the customer service industry. I left and went straight to a Sally's Beauty Supply store and was welcomed by a friendly staff member and got an account with them instead. MODERN beauty supply could learn something from Sally's.
