This was my first time getting my nails done, and my nail tech, Jenny, was so sweet. She is very skilled at what she does. I chose to do a French manicure, and they came out so pretty and cute. I got them done for my friend's graduation.

I will definitely be back!

Jenny did amazing. She gave great advice on how to get my nails growing out since they are starting so short. She made it an amazing experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Her attention to detail is impressive, ensuring that every nail is perfect. She’s transparent about pricing, breaking down the costs upfront with no hidden fees. Danielle even restored my toenails, making them look much better. Plus, she takes her time and never rushes through the service. I’ll definitely be returning to her!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received during my deluxe pedicure appointment recently.

I paid $85 for a deluxe service, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. Not only did the shellac polish on one of my toes come off 30 minutes after I left, but I also noticed that the top coat applied to my nails had caused the Color to change. I had chosen a hot pink shade, and after the service, it turned purple. My nails near the cuticle remained hot pink where the top coat did not get applied and the rest of the nail turned to a purple colour.

When I called to explain the issue, I was offered to come back for a fix, which I appreciated. However, while the technician was fixing my nails, another technician approached and began whispering in their language while staring at my toes. It was incredibly disrespectful and obvious that they were talking about me. This behavior was hurtful and unprofessional, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.

I have been a loyal customer at your salon for many visits, but the quality of service continues to decline, and this latest experience was the final straw. To make matters worse, I received a message offering me a 20% discount on my next service but only after I had left when I should have been offered this when I was there, but after everything that happened, I do not intend to return.
