Aloha Wellness Closed Now Operating as Matrix Rehab

This was my first time going to Aloha Wellness to try out their massage therapy. Very great and accommodating staff, starting from their receptionists to their RMT. I worked as a nurse so you can imagine the back pains we get. The RMT took her time to know what my problem areas are and made sure I was feeling comfortable and relaxed during my session.
Great staff and treatments! I think this will be my go-to place!

Receptionist and RMT's are very welcoming and approachable. Clean and tidy facility. My RMT took her time and focused on my lower back, as a first time mom, this is an issue for me. Amazing service, would definitely come back!

Today was my first visit in Aloha Wellness for a massage therapy. I must say this is now my new favourite place to get my massage. The place is spotless clean, the receptionist is very friendly and accommodating and helped me settled my intake forms with insurance information etc. The RMT was superb! Not only is she very competent, she also took time to give me tips in order to strengthen my areas/muscles of weakness. She frequently checks if I'm okay as well. My whole experience in Aloha wellness is very pleasant. Will be checking my next availability to book for my next massage!

Amazing service, very clean facility, and such friendly staff! I've been doing both physio and (full body) RMT sessions and feel so relieved. I was in a car accident and was feeling a lot of muscle pain and stress in my upper body and their treatment had really helped with my recovery.

Physio receipts issued without licence registration information required by insurance, had to ask for info from receptionist, who misunderstood that it was for RMT, much confusion as receptionist not focused on listening to client, much interrupting (though every time I came she asked if I was coming from work/finished work…)

Receptionist had to get a RMT to understand the problem, who then blamed the “Jane app”, trying to distract from problem talking about having worked in Ontario, no apology offered, much confusion & unnecessary weirdness.
I had already been added to their employees’ text chat group in Philipino language during the holidays, so noticed already their communication is off
