Raina slayed costumer service today. I wanted the neon bubble gym accolade for my picky gf, and she called 3 stores to find the sold out size. I am so happy that I forgot how overpriced this is. Now that’s great costumer service.

The Chinook Centre Alo is the location I visit the most. The location is great and store itself is nicely laid out, I just wish the men’s section was a little bit bigger but that’s not a big deal! The staff are awesome, I’m always greeted and asked if I need any assistance or have any questions. They are always willing to accommodate and help me to find sizes or items I am unable to find. If I’m looking for a particular item, they’re always willing to hold it for me which is a nice touch. They’ve gone so far as to have an item that was in stock in Edmonton shipped to Calgary! Unlike other stores that can sometimes be intimidating to go into, that is not the case here. Sales staff generally greet me, ask if I need help and let me shop without any pressure or hassle.

Keep it up, definitely my favorite clothing store!

Always on top. I think Alo Yoga is a good sample of what fashion means. High-quality material and high level of taste and understanding of the market combined. Associates are very friendly and helpful too

The customer service isn’t the greatest especially for what you pay (Chinnok mall) most of the young ladies that work there have too much attitude

Now I just buy online why go all the way there for attitude and most stock ISNT in stock

The only person that was nice was the red head guy who mostly greets you at the front all the other Asian chicks have bad attitude not worth the cost and Alo isn’t cheap by far

I’ll stick to online or just go back to lulu lemon

Edit. Went back after 2 months the staff have changed possibly or maybe they just got better but they did an outstanding job. Very polite very helpful a 10 out of 10

Pros:

Cons:
- their alo yoga shoe has technical issues. I used it for 6 months and the interior of the shoe was considerably demolished to the extend that i could not wear the shoe. They replaced it for me in Aug 2024 and today it is un usable again and it gave me a blister. I am a professional in my 40s and using the shoe moderately for office work. Considering its price (~300$), it is absolutely a scam. Stay away!
