I had tried spin twice before this class, at two different studios, and I was hesitant to try YYC Cycle because I thought that I hated spin. However, Jane made the class so upbeat, fun, and enjoyable. I loved everything from the playlist, to the cycle sequences, and her stories and sense of humour. It was also the perfect level of intensity, with modifications and adjustments to suit your level. By far the best spin class I have ever been to and I hope to return. 10/10 class. 10/10 instructor.

YYC Cycle is hands down the best spin studio I've ever been to. From the moment you walk in, the staff and motivators make you feel genuinely welcome. There's an energy in the studio that makes you feel like you belong.

The class schedule is great and extensive, with plenty of time slots to fit around a busy life. They also offer a variety of themed rides to keep things exciting!

And the workout? Always top-notch. Every ride pushes you in the best way, leaving you sweaty, energized, and proud. Whether you're there to hit a new personal best or just need a mental reset, YYC Cycle delivers every single time.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a motivating, inclusive, and fun fitness community.

My spin class with Veronica was amazing!! This class was challenging but still gave the perfect amount of rest and recovery. There were many first time riders in her class, but she made sure everybody was prepared and comfortable on the bike. She was motivating and so fun, it just felt like an party! I can’t wait to go to more of her classes!!

If you get the pleasure to join a class choose Ellis or Olivia; they are absolutely phenomenal motivators and instructors; my only complaint is that you don’t have these two teach all the others to be as great with their choreography and music selection. To be candid, I’ve been coming to this studio for about a decade, I easily put Ellis and Olivia in the top 5 instructors they’ve ever had. Truly.

YYC Cycle delivers such an incredible experience every single time. The studio is always spotless, and the bikes are in excellent condition. You can tell they really care about quality and cleanliness. The staff are welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely make you feel like part of the community. I’ve been coming to this studio in particular for almost 10 years and it’s still just as good as when it opened.

Special shoutout to Andrew! His class is my absolute favorite. The energy he brings, the music, the lights.. it’s like going out on a Friday night but instead you’re spinning at 6 am. ?

If you’re looking for a spin studio with great people, amazing energy, and an atmosphere that makes you excited to sweat, YYC Cycle is it. Highly recommend!
