I cannot recommend Undrgrnd Movement enough. In the short time I’ve been training with Ian, I’ve seen a remarkable change in my fitness capabilities. I had long thought that I had peaked in my performance until I started working out at Undrgrnd. The small class sizes allow for personalized instruction, with a focus on form and consistency. This is the real deal if you want to take charge of your health. The workouts are challenging and the instructors are highly knowledgeable. 10/10

This gym has been a great fit for my young athlete. The workouts are personalized to her needs, and Ian does a fantastic job of challenging her and helping her improve. The booking process is simple, and there’s always availability that fits our schedule. It’s a solid gym with a great atmosphere, and I’ve already seen improvement in her performance. I highly recommend it!

Amazing boutique gym. They offer small group training with a very personalized approach. Ian and his team genuinely care about their clients and their individual goals. They offer a super welcoming environment for all fitness levels, from beginner to professional. I can’t recommend them enough!

Ian and crew welcomed my 14 year old son as one of their own. His first session included goal setting and a basic assessment. He was pushed in each session. He was given a nickname and felt like he was part of the family. He worked hard every session and didn’t complain (too much) about having to show up at 6am. Ian also helped to instil a sense of pride in a job well done and a feeling of accomplishment that comes with going after a goal, regardless of the outcome. Parenting is the hardest job on the planet, and when you find people that will take your kid into their world and teach them things you never could as their mom, and cheer for them as loudly as you do, it is the greatest gift. As a family, and as the mom of an elite athlete, I highly recommend Ian and the legacy he is creating at UNDRGRND Movement.
