Works great for me - staff readily assist when needed otherwise you're left alone to focus on your reps! I was looking for some instruction to ensure I was using the pulley weights correctly and encouragement to keep going. I'm still going and love it! By the way, I use a manual wheelchair and staff were and are quick to adapt various pieces of equipment to what I need, providing variety to the workout. No limits here! :)

Westcore has been nothing short of fantastic for me! The trainers are top notch and always give me the push I need to do more. The workouts are pre-planned (but adjustable depending on personal needs), so I don't even have to think about them - I just show up and have a great workout. I love the online booking system and the personal pods. I am so much stronger than when I started 6 months ago, and the thing I love most is probably that there is ZERO ego! Everyone is kind and down to earth. My husband and 77 year old mom also attend, and it's been a very positive experience for both of them as well. I'm so grateful that they opened a location in my community (Sidney).

I've been a member of Westcore for over 3 years, starting on Johnson St, then Cook St. and now in Sidney. Joining was the best decision I've ever made for my health and wellness! I've always been active, but never this consistent. I'm a retiree and I've seen big improvements in my strength, cardio and functional movement.
The things I love the most:
-welcoming and skilled trainers who adapt workouts as needed
-lots of instruction and feedback on my form
-scheduling through online booking, so no waiting
-private pods with all the equipment I need right there
-planned workouts based on my abilities and needs
-clean and spacious environment
-friendly and inclusive gym community
-easy parking and dog friendly!
If you are looking for a safe, results oriented, friendly and professional gym experience, Westcore is the place!

I couldn’t be happier with my decision to to try West Core Training Center. The facility is top-notch, featuring modern equipment, clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help with a smile. I’ve particularly enjoyed that they have semi-private personal training. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re into high-intensity workouts or more relaxed sessions. Additionally, the gym’s commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment is truly commendable. Overall, it has exceeded my expectations in every way.Highly recommended!
