Paul is an exceptional trainer. I have been working with him for 2 years, mostly on FaceTime since I live in the U.S. and sometimes in person. His workouts are challenging, varied, and sometimes even fun. In my experience Paul’s workouts are unique; many use one’s body weight in interesting ways rather than the conventional free weights, although those are used as well. I have improved in both strength and flexibility. Paul understands how important encouragement is and he gives it freely. Plus, he has a great sense of humor. Very important! I can not recommend him highly enough!

Paul is an amazing coach and a true role model. His Barbell Course was very informative and hands on, which I loved. Paul is very attentive and passionate about what he does. I did one-on-one strength training with Paul regularly for over 6 month, and I sometimes do his small group classes. Both are excellent. I was already moderately experienced with strength training on my own when I started seeing Paul, but my mechanics had a lot of room for improvement, and I had developed some big imbalances that I didn’t know about. Paul greatly improved my mechanics as well as the general knowledge that I now use to design my own training. Working with Paul resolved nagging hamstring issues and made my shoulders feel much more stable. My 76 year old mother, who has quite different training needs than mine, has also had great results in her strength and stability working with Paul. Highly recommended all around.
