Timmy made my engagement ring and after 4 years of marriage, it looks as good as new. I took it in to make sure nothing was loose and Timmy assessed it and cleaned it on the spot. Great customer service!

WE ARE SUING! THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES! $1600 WORTH OF GOLD GONE!!!

They sized my great grandmothers ring and STOLE the GOLD and VALUABLE parts to then replace it with metal. THE WHITE GOLD BAND WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH CHEAP METAL. This place is an absolute nightmare! We have the papers and certification of the ring and at least $1600 worth of gold is gone. We only found out it was stolen because we had recently went somewhere else due to their horrible service, we were told the ring is fake, and they told us they cant fix it because the ring is not gold, all we have now is a cheap metal ring and a butchered welding job to hide the theft! This is not the only thing we have dicovered they have done to us!!! The list goes on and on!!!!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE PLEASE!
This store is a SCAM!
