Through the years we have had many excellent services though my current go-to is Anthony Waterhouse, RMT. He is an excellent massage therapist and is always evolving his skill set in order to offer the best care he possibly can.

Janice La-Kwan is a talented genius. Over the past 5 years, she's helped me through 3 full marathons, 4 half marathons, countless snowboarding injuries, and most recently, an aggressive 5 week recovery program from a sprained ankle to a 56km/3000m elevation gain backpacking trip. She is kind, professional, and optimistic. If you are struggling with an injury, do not lose hope. Book an appointment with Janice asap!
