The best part of our stay here in Calgary at the Four Points Sheraton West is the cozy elegant spa downstairs. We were greeted with warmth and a hot tea. The eucalyptus steam is a great pre massage or post massage. The facials are done by Fareen who has great knowledge and experience. The therapists are very well trained. We were visiting family but because of this wonderful retreat it also became a spa week.

Highly recommend this spa. I've been coming here for years now, the space is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. I get deep tissue massages from both Tanja and Emily and they're both amazing! I just had the BEST deep tissue massage from Emily over the weekend that released a lot of tension. Thanks again Emily!

My friend recommended me this place so we tried the 90 minute massage and used the facilities to see.
The hot tub and pool and eucalyptus steam room is included when you go for a service at the spa.
The hot tub and pool is very run down and the picture on their website is very deceiving. It's dark and I almost felt like the spa should not be advertising that or include that because for first time users, it kind of ruins the nice calming and romantic experience one may have when getting a massage-especially for couples.
On the other hand, the eucalyptus sauna was sooo nice. I wish we spent more time there. We didn't know how great it was and spent more time in the hot tub. The spa has its separate shower which was very nice. The robes were very run down and old as well. The massage was just okay. I had way better ones. I don't know if I would be coming back but it was a decent experience. The receptionist, Hannah-Lee was amazing though! Sooooo kind and gentle and very informative and helpful! 19 stars for her!
