Leah is the best! So knowledgeable and thoughtful about individual skin needs! I have dark pigmented skin and never had a facial before I started seeing her. I was worried about getting dark spots, but Leah personalized my care and my face never looked so good. She even helped even my skin tone better than it was before. I can never thank her enough. I honestly highly recommend seeing her for any skin needs!

I took a very bad, fluke fall in early June. The right side of my face & head smashed into a concrete building with stucco on the side. I was terrified that the whole right side of my face would be scarred for life. I reached out to Michelle the next day & she immediately came up with a game plan. I bought everything she suggested & diligently used the products twice a day. The healing process was incredibly fast, my face healed in a matter of days! I am thrilled with the results. Michelle’s knowledge & expertise is next level.

A few months before the fall, I was a brand new client to the spa. Michelle gave me the best dermaplaning facial I have ever had. The results were far superior to facials done by my previous provider.

I enjoy the informative posts on Urban Retreat Derma Spa's Instagram page. Michelle offers the most extensive selection of brands I have ever seen in Winnipeg. When she recommends products, I know I am getting the absolute best choice for my skin, instead of being limited to one or two brands. And I of course love the sales which are always amazing! I’m looking forward to trying lots of new products & treatments. To top it all off, Michelle is very kind & so easy to talk to. She is a beauty inside & out, her skin is perfection. I had a consultation/facial with Michelle, it was fantastic. She asked appropriate questions to learn what my skin goals were, what products I'm currently using, what I like and don't like about them, and came up with a personalized routine for me, suiting my budget and schedule.
