I live with a lot of muscle tightness and have seen many massage therapists over the years, trying to find the right fit. My search ended when I met Nicole and realized she is up to the challenge. She has a warm and friendly personality, listens attentively, and is incredibly skilled. Her technique makes a huge difference, and I feel like a new person after each appointment with her.
I had my first appointment at ProActive, and was very impressed. It is a spacious, inviting, and clean space. My partner saw Andy for the first time, and was very pleased with his experience as well.

If you are reading these reviews for ProActive Massage Therapy, just book an appointment, you will not be disappointed. I made an appointment with Andy, after suffering from headaches and neck tension for years, and he is fabulous. I feel so much better, my neck flexibility has increased and headaches have subsided. Andy is very knowledgeable, dedicated, professional, and compassionate about the care he provides to his clients. Andy’s technique and expertise in massage therapy is exceptional, not only in carefully describing the conditions he is addressing while treatment, but also in carefully explaining aftercare exercises which you can easily perform on your own. This proactive treatment plan is paramount in maintaining a healthy body in order to maintain a healthy life style. I will continue seeing Andy for regular maintenance, and look forward to our next session. Thank you Andy for taking care of me and others, your kindness, compassion, and expertise is much appreciated.

My husband (Dave) and I have had excellent massage experiences with Andy. We drive more than an hour each way to see him. He listens well, and adjusts to our needs. He is insightful and very professional. Dave's Blue Cross benefits as a Manitoba Government employee allows us 12 massage sessions a year and we want to use these consistently to improve our self-care.
