I can’t say enough good things about Unify Pilates! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and supported. The studio is clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed to create a calm, focused space that lets you fully tune in to your movement and breath.

The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals—whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice. They do an amazing job of offering modifications or challenges as needed, and their passion really shines through in every class.

What I love most about Unify is the strong sense of community. It’s not just a workout—it’s a place to reset, recharge, and reconnect with your body in a mindful, empowering way. I always leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and so glad I showed up for myself.

I'm completely new to Pilates, especially reformer Pilates. Unify Pilates has made the experience amazing from day one. The studio is spacious, warm, and incredibly welcoming. The front desk team is genuinely friendly and always checks in to see how classes are going and if I'm enjoying myself.

Each instructor brings something unique to their teaching style, and I’ve loved being apart of the classes I’ve taken so far! They’re knowledgeable, approachable, and give clear, helpful instructions that make you feel supported no matter your experience level.

The Founding Member Unlimited Membership is a great value. I try to attend a class every day, and I genuinely miss it when I can’t make it. If you've been considering trying reformer Pilates, this is your sign to give it a go. Unify is the perfect place to start!

I’m not even a Pilates person! In the past I’ve tried a few classes elsewhere and honestly never really got into it but Unify Pilates is changing my mind!

The space is absolutely beautiful: bright, clean, and calming but not sterile. The reformer machines are top of the line and everything is super clean.

The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and strike that perfect balance between encouraging and challenging. No pressure and very clear instructions, which is especially valuable for those who are not experienced with pilates.

The little details don’t go unnoticed either – towels, electronic lockers, amazing healthy drinks and snacks, good service and flexible memberships —> it all adds up to a really elevated experience compared to other places I have been to. Highly recommend!

I recently joined Unify Pilates and I’m absolutely in love! The studio is stunning! It’s bright, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. The instructors are phenomenal! They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and passionate about what they do. Each class has the perfect blend of challenge, focus and core / fundamental movements. There is attention and assistance to my individual goals, pushing me in all the right ways. I’ve already noticed a difference in how I move and feel.
