This was my first time at the salon and thank God I came to this one! Ron was my nail technician and he was absolutely fantastic and so friendly — he created the most beautiful nail design by hand because the reference I gave him was actually a sticker and he was spot on! God bless all of the ladies and the rest of the staff in the salon, be assured if you are ever in need of assistance they spring right into action and are so hospitable! I will absolutely be returning and recommending to everyone:) Thank you again!

I visited this nail salon right before going on vacation, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the experience. I got a full set of French tip nails and a regular pedicure. The nail tech who worked on me seemed inexperienced and unsure of what she was doing. For the French tips, she only painted a thin line at the very top of my nails, and it didn’t look like a proper French manicure at all. On top of that, the nails were uneven in length and poorly shaped.

The pedicure was also disappointing and took nearly two hours, which was way too long for a basic service. I’ve had a broken toe in the past, and that nail is harder to work with, but instead of handling it carefully, she filed it down so thin that it looked deformed. Even after I pointed it out and asked her to fix it, the result still looked bad.

Communication was another issue. Any time I tried to explain what I wanted, she didn’t seem to understand me and just laughed it off with an “okay,” but nothing was actually corrected.

The pricing was also excessive for what I got: $75 for a short, basic set of French nails (that weren’t done properly), and $65 for a pedicure with regular polish—not gel. The whole experience felt frustrating and definitely not worth the price or the time.

I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon unless they improve the quality of their service and provide better training for their staff.

I normally never do a bad review but I thought this needed to be said…
Went in a few month ago for a shellac removal. I guess it was only $15 so you get what you pay for but the polish wasn’t completely removed and nails just looked scary after.

Then more recently I came back for a shellac manicure. My nails were filed crooked and I kept saying that it was crooked but the tech said that it was how my nail grows. I get my nails done often and they are never crooked… then she started painting and the paint was very messy. Kept getting it in my cuticle then telling me to put them under the UV without cleaning them up… at the end she tried to clean up the edges but of course they weren’t cured already so it wouldn’t come off. Any paint on my cuticle she tried to cut off with the tweezers which was very concerning. And then what really did it for me was she got nail polish on my hand so she took the nail file to my skin… I told her to stop and asked if she could try nail polish remover instead which worked. I’m unsure if this tech was new or not but I was truly disappointed. I think it should also be noted that none of the tools were sanitized PROPERLY as I witnessed a few techs finish with their client and wipe down the tweezers with an alcohol wipe and throw them back in a drawer - yikes. I guess you truly do get what you pay for but safe to say I’ll spend my money elsewhere. *photo taken 4 days after visit*

As a post partum mom I went here to get shellac done on my nails. I thought this would be a nice relaxing day for me since I haven’t left my house for a month since having my baby. I had the absolute worse experience of my life at this salon. I showed Rosie a photo of the nails I want to get done and she said yes she can do that and has that colour. When she painted my nails it looked like she painted it with clear nail polish and I had said I don’t think that’s the same colour and she made a huge sigh sound I felt as I was being inconvenient for her. She kept walking away from my nail time and answering phone calls speaking in her language with her co workers and didn’t speak a word to me the whole time. She didn’t even say hi or how are you? I decided I’ll choose my own colour and I felt rushed as she kept sighing. I chose my colour. While getting my nails done she kept tugging at my fingers and pinching my fingers with her nails as she was doing them. I didn’t say a word to her. When she was buffing my nails she was also using it to buff my skin which was hurting. Rosie never asked me once what do you think of the nail shape or how do you feel about this colour she didn’t give me any opportunity to look at my nails as she was rushing. When she finished I looked at my nails I asked for a round shape as per the photo I had shown her in the beginning but some of the were very pointy and not round all I asked was to fix my index finger nail shape and she gave me the dirtiest look. She then went on and stated “Next time don’t book me I don’t do shellac. You can book with someone else.” I stated then how come you do my cousins nails shellac all the time and online we have the option to book you for shellac. She then said “yea but still I don’t do shellac.” Which was a complete lie. I couldn’t believe that someone who owns this salon could be so rude to their customer. PLEASE PLEASE save your self your time and money and go to a better place that will have better customer service and just be a little kinder!
