I’ve been seeing Robyn for over 5 years and I’m always blown away by her color expertise! I feel completely at ease with all her suggestions and skills. Robyn really know how to work with my hair type, which has grey roots is wavy and thick. They way she cuts my hair keeps it super healthy and I always leave with a style that looks fresh and beautiful. I cant say enough about her coloring skills, she knows how to add dimension. She is also one of the easiest people to talk to and I look forward to our catch ups when I see her.

I have been going to twist salon for over 10 years and Sally has been my stylist. I just got my hair Colour highlights changed from honey brown to platinum blonde - being Asian and having black roots - Sally was cautious about over-bleaching and was constantly checking my hair and we managed to get it done in 2 hours :) It turned out beautifully. GMT kids both got their cuts in time for school. Sally is an intuitive and patient stylist who always has a good ear and lots of talent for her work. We are truly happy with her services and she’s the best. I always get tons of compliments on my hair and who my stylist is and I always tell them Sally at Twist Salon :)

Sally has been amazing at cutting my hair. I live on the mainland and whenever I travel to Langford she is the hairstylist we always see because she makes my hair look amazing every time she cuts it. I have not found any other hairstylist that has the natural talent and skills. That’s why we travel here often to get my hair done.

Sally and Amanda run an amazing shop! I’ve been coming here to get my hair/beauty services done, travelling from Victoria since 2009 and have never had a negative experience. From balayages to bridal hair, they’ve always done so well! Highly recommend the shop to anyone and everyone.

After reading countless reviews where people raved about Amandas hair services, I decided to book my prom hair up-do with her.

And I really regret it. Upon arriving to my appointment I waited 25 minutes before Amanda even acknowledged me. She apologized and started curling my hair before asking me what I wanted. I showed her a photo and she said it would be no problem.

Once she was done curling my hair, she started to do the braids, which she re did multiple times. It was very obvious she didn't like how it turned out, so she pulled a different stylist away from her client to re do my braids.

My appointment was at 12 and supposed to take less then an hour. She ended up doing my hair for over 2 hours. I felt super bad for the person who's appointment was at 1, cause they had now been waiting an hour.

I think that they should allow more time in between appointments to avoid these long waits.

It was supposed to cost 65$ but when I went to pay it was 80$ for some reason.

The photos are to show that we did she did was nothing like I wanted. This was all around a super disappointing experience and it really ruined my day. I will never go back here or recommend this place to anyone.

I strongly do not recommend this salon.
