I can’t say enough good things about Rielyn! From the moment I sat in her chair, I could tell she truly listens—something that’s surprisingly rare to find. She’s incredibly thoughtful and meticulous in her approach, making sure every detail of what we discussed was executed perfectly.

Lightening darker hair is no easy task, and I find many stylists struggle to achieve the right blend and tone. But not Rielyn—she has absolutely mastered it. The result was the most natural, seamless colour I’ve ever had. Her cutting skills are amazing as well!

Until now, I hadn’t found a stylist I felt confident enough to return to, but that’s finally changed. I’ve found *the one* in Rielyn, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for someone with real skill, care, and consistency—look no further.

Loved this place. Got the smoothing treatment and a cut! Will definitely go back...already booked my next appointment!
Update I go there for regular cuts and I just got balayage done by Laura and I loooove it.

Laura saved my hair! I had a horrible highlight job done somewhere else and was pretty upset. Managed to get a last minute appointment at Pink Lemonade to fix it and Laura did an amazing job. She knew exactly what I wanted originally and was able to fix it, I left with the biggest smile on my face.
The whole salon had a great vibe and was so cute. I loved meeting Molly the salon pup too, will definitely be back!

I typically go to Jessica (the owner) at Pink Lemonade and have always loved my hair. Recently, I wanted to get my roots/grow out touched up before getting some maternity photos done. Jessica did not have time before my photos, so I scheduled an appointment with Trisha as I still wanted to support Jessica and her business.

It took Trisha 3 hours to put the foils in. Not once during this 3 hour process did she check the foils that were put on first, this was concerning as they had been sitting in bleach for hours. Shortly after the last foil was applied, we headed to the sink. 4.5 hours later, Trisha is blow drying my hair and asked me what I thought of the colour. I mentioned to Trisha how the colour she touched up does not match the rest of my hair. Trisha agreed, and since everyone else in the salon had gone home by this time (5:30 on Saturday after a 1:00 appointment), she said she would have to go into the back and call Jessica and ask her how to fix it as Trisha did not know what to do.

Trisha came back out onto the floor and said that Jessica suggested we just rewash the colour, as she believed it was just brassy since it has just been toned. I told Trisha that I would just go home and shower it out myself as I had already been there 4.5 hours, had things to do that evening, and my photos were the following day. I asked Trisha for a hair elastic and put my still slightly damp hair in a messy bun myself and went to pay.

Trisha then charged me $315 for just the colour, no cut & no style. I paid the charge and left. I was absolutely appalled and messaged Jessica the owner instantly. Jessica said she would fix my hair “free of charge”, however could not fit me in for another 12 days and the correction would take another 3 hours. I explained to Jessica that I was additionally extremely confused about the price because my last appointment with her was only around $180 in December. Jessica said that the $315 pricing was correct for a colour, cut & style (even though did not get the cut or style?). I don’t mind paying this price for a job well done, but my hair looked absolutely terrible and I was extremely disappointed.

Jessica fixed my hair and it looks great, however I am completely shocked that I was offered no compensation for spending an initial 4.5 hours in a chair at her salon to have many of my expensive maternity photos ruined by the dye job completed at this salon. Although Jessica did correct the other stylists wrong, it took 12 days for the appointment and 7 hours in total. Jessica did style & cut my hair at the follow up appointment but the initial over charge was not addressed, or the extreme increase in price.
