These ladies are pure professionals, but also kind and listen to what each customer wants. Any time my nails are admired, I always give them credit and send people their way. Weekends can get busy, so booking ahead of time is the way to go. Although I gladly wait for my turn with a smile if I have to.

My daughter and I have been coming to this nail salon for over a decade, and we love the place!! Always great service and the best products. Repairs are free and I'm always very happy and satisfied ? 5 stars ?

I had a bad experience with a nail set I had done and Hannah reached out after a review and brought me in to fix my nails herself. They turned out great and I'm very appreciative of her reaching out and making sure my nails were done right. Definitely go see Hannah, she's great!

Every time I do my nails there, it never looks like the picture inspo I gave. They are always in a haste to finish and end up doing a bad job. Then I hem I complain they say they are already done. Very poor customer service. Please ignore the nail bed at the top because this nail is about two weeks fine but look at how light the acrylic is and how my actual nails are showing through the acrylic. This is the first time , I’m making a review because I seriously have had enough.

Im from out of town and work in winnipeg often and was looking for a nail place close by to the place I was staying at. I came here back in febuary/March and honestly I have to write this review because honestly the experience here was absolutely awful and I've never had such an awkward tense, uncomfortable time getting my nails done ever before in my life. I called ahead to see if they could take me they did. I get there and asked what I would like. I wanted a shellac manicure, then was told I needed to pay up front??? Im 36 and I've been getting my nails done since I was about 18/19 not once have i ever been asked to pay up front. This already made me feel uncomfortable cause I wasn't sure if they were just judging or profiling me cause of what I look like?? I asked is this normal they told me all the nails salons do it here ( which is a lie and i told people i knew who lived here and they said thats not normal and they never heard of that happening either) Anways I needed to get them done and I was already there so I paid. The machine asked for a tip prompt... why would I tip you first and I've never even received the service nor seen how your work looks. Why would I tip before hand that makes no sense tipping is based on quality of work and experience while im there, not because you asked me to pay upfront. I didn't put a tip i always tip at the end based on how the work looks, I think that's common sense. The girl doing my nails was annoyed or something and I also felt it was because she didn't receive her tip before hand???? Anways it was the most tense awkward nail service I've ever had in my life! Never felt so unwelcome in a spa.
She was annoyed that my one pinky finger wouldn't straighten I had to explain that it was broken sometime before and I can't actually straighten out my pinky finger, she goes oh sorry. Anyways the service was done and she pretty much got up and was puffy about it... I reached into my purse and as she was walking away I went to hand her a $10. The instant change of expression on her face and the smiles of the other staff once they saw im handing her a tip at the end explained everything I needed to know. Will definitely not be coming here! Its in such a bad area anyways go check out Golden nails brand new salon and the ladies and service were absolutely exceptional they made me feel so welcomed, unlike here.
