I don't write reviews unless i feel it is warranted. I have been going there for several years however after this last time that was it for me. Shay was extremely rude when I tried to explain the issue and concern I had with my booking. I was devastating and shocked at her response after being a consistent/loyal customer for all years. Save your money and go somewhere else.

DO NOT book an appt with Sarah!

I purchased 2 pamper packages back in November 2024 for myself and my bf. I booked with Sarah at the Waterfront location. It was my first facial since I don't normally treat myself to these types of services. Mostly because my skin is pretty smooth and does not need any special products.

During my appt, Sarah not only used the bathroom (very questionable if she was hygienic and washed her hands due to what happened later), but she indicated how jealous she was of my smooth skin complexion.

As a facial specialist, you'll be surprised to know that Sarah has serious acne, which concerned me from the get-go. It made me wonder if her services or products worked due to her uneven skin complexion.

Anyways, the worst happened after my appt. Within days, my skin on my face, back, and shoulders was inflamed and red! I developed a rash on my back, which I had to go to the doctor for and get a special cream. Whatever Sarah did in the bathroom or products she used on my perfect complexion seriously affected my health in a negative way. Her jealousy of my perfect skin complexion made me think she put a hex on me or something.

DO NOT BOOK WITH SARAH unless you want to experience a decline in your health, resulting in rashes all over your head, face, shoulders, and back due to her careless hygiene and facial products.

I seriously feel that she should not be doing facials if she has acne herself. It's like going to a barber who has a bad haircut. You're not gonna trust their ability to do their job if they can't do it well on themselves first.
