I visit regularly for deep tissue and acupuncture. Great customer service and overall great treatments every-time. I do sometimes switch between therapist because of my schedule and I’ve always been extremely satisfied. Our whole family goes, would recommend 100%.

Over the 10 years I’ve been getting massages Ryan is by far the best. He pays attention to certain areas give suggestions when needed and is such a kind guy! I would highly recommend him & I even drive an hour a half once a month for the last year and will continue.

I was using up the last of my 21 covered visits following a car accident. I had booked an appointment at Therapeutic body concepts (St. Albert location) as a recommendation from my chiropractor. They then sent all of the paperwork, including all the Motor vehicle accident forms. I filled everything out and sent it back.
I got a call Saturday morning from them, 1 hour before my appointment. They told me my 21 days of coverage is done. I had to correct them and reiterate everything I had filled out in said forms. They apologized, then agreed. Once resolved I asked if there was anything I needed to bring or wear to the appointment, as I have never had a massage before. They told me to “Just wear comfy clothes”.
I got there 5 minutes before my appointment, took off my shoes, and introduced myself and the time my appointment was at. The staff member then asked for my credit card. I did not bring my purse with me because they told me all I needed was “comfy clothes”. On top of that, my chiropractor never once asked for any of my banking info or cards. Again, I am using my 21 free visits of chiropractic care, massages, and physio, following a car accident I was in. I told her I did not bring my purse and that I was not informed to bring my credit card. She then told me to take a seat in the waiting room where there were 2 other customers. The staff member then went to the back of the clinic. 5 minutes later she comes back. In front of the other customers she says to me that they will not take me and asked me to leave. Embarrassed, confused, and upset, I grabbed my shoes and walked out.
If you are getting a massage for leisure I couldn’t tell you if it’s worth it or not. If you are going there because you got into an accident I would not recommend them. From my experience, the St. Albert Therapeutic Body Concepts lacks professionalism, knowledge of MVA information, and communication.
