I’ve been going to The Lounge Medical Spa since 2020 for laser hair removal, and it’s been such a great experience. The results have held up really well over the years, and the team is always kind and welcoming. Rola is especially amazing—she creates treatment plans tailored specifically to your goals and needs, and her recommendations have always been spot on.

I’ve referred so many of my friends here, and every single one of them has had a great experience too—which says a lot. The pricing is fair, and more importantly, the results speak for themselves. It’s a place I genuinely trust and continue to go back to.

Incredible Results with Thermage! I j look had a Thermage treatment at the Lounge today in St. Albert - Layal Handous was my Medical Aesthetician and she was wonderful.

The procedure required no down time and I couldn’t be happier with the results and realize it takes an additional 90 days for the effects to reach their full potential.

Layal H. was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. She explained everything in detail, and I felt confident I was in great hands. She is awesome and I highly recommend her and treatments at the Lounge. Thank you Layal for a great experience!

I have been to their St. Albert location for quite some time, and I can't say enough good things about my experiences! The laser hair removal has worked wonders for me—it truly feels magical. I've also had lip fillers and Botox, and more recently, I tried Sculptra with Arnel, the NP. While I'm still awaiting the final results (which take about three months), I can already tell that Arnel is incredibly knowledgeable and truly understands what’s best for his clients. He has played a significant role in boosting my confidence, and I wholeheartedly recommend him. Thank you, Arnel!

The staff at this clinic are absolutely spectacular. They are kind, inclusive, and always prompt with scheduling appointments, making it easy to find a time that works for me. Rola, the owner, is a gem with an amazing spirit. She is welcoming and extremely knowledgeable, adding to the positive atmosphere of the clinic.
