Went for a massage with Ross Fraser and he explained to me that he provides a active movement massage. It is rare to find a therapist who believes in this technique and it is by far the superior massage technique. Instead of forcing his way into tight muscles and facia he manipulates joint movement to ensure the muscle moves so he can access pressure points and release tightness. it is by far the most effective method for relieving tightness. Ross is very knowledgeable and loves his job, he is as excited to relieve tightness in your body as you are.
I had received similar massages in the 2000's and he is the first person I have found to utilize this technique since and I highly recommend Ross.

Ross has been a wonderful find in 2024 for me as a therapist, to help me with my multiple pain issues around different joints. I have suffered over 30 years of sports injuries,surgeries, recoveries and never give up attitude. Ross is absolutely amazing with his techniques. Originally he helped me heal my golf&tennis elbow issue with his treatments and then helped me with my shoulder's, back, knees, almost throughout my body. He releases pain from all my trouble spots so well that I get an amazing long lasting pain relief from his treatments. My body feels in so much ease under his healing hands.. On top of all that Ross has such a great personality and I always feel a very genuine care and concern from him for my pain issues. I highly recommend Ross at this clinic?

Varun was very helpful in resolving my issue with shoulder. He showed me exercises properly and with proper needling he was able to get rid of my pain. The best thing I could have done about shoulder. I would highly recommend the Physio Studio to anyone. Varun and the team there is amazing and very easy to work with. Even appointments were easy to manage.

This health and wellness center is beautiful! I had an appointment with Ross today to address sciatica pain, lower back spasm, and a sore shoulder. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and I left feeling so much better with full range of motion. Fantastic experience!

The office is clean, bright and welcoming. I had a minor injury due to the resistance training, Anant accurately identified the problems, prescribed the exercises sets targeted to my problems. I am on my way to fully recover from my injury and resume my exercise routine. She is very approachable. As a woman, I am very comfortable to share some other physical concerns. She was really helpful and encouraging. Thank you, Anant.
