I have been seeing Jenn for the last several months due to a couple of shoulder issues. She has always been great and makes me feel at ease. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and conduct a thorough assessment. She then analyzes the info before providing her recommendations and excellent treatment. She also provides great advice for exercises at home. It is important to find a PT that you trust and value their opinion. All of the other staff have always been very friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely use Jenn and the Lifemark team for any future PT needs.

Great place for massage. I have a lot of muscle tension from my fitness hobbies and work. Johny helps me release muscle spasms before they escalate. He is very knowledgeable, always listens to the concerns, and adjusts the treatment to focus on the problem areas. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about my physiotherapist, Mous Korayem! Within the first few minutes of my initial appointment with him, he confidently diagnosed the specific problem with my knee and let me know that working together, I could expect a full recovery from my injury. I was impressed with his vast variety of techniques, tools and therapies that he used to help give me pain relief and accelerate the healing process. At the end of each session, he offered me a new exercise to be done at home to maximize the effects of his treatment sessions in the clinic. I also appreciated that Mous was punctual and spent a considerable amount of time with me during each appointment, and I never felt that he was rushing to get to his next patient. I would highly recommend Mous to anyone looking for an excellent physiotherapist, with a great sense of humour!

I started seeing Jennifer initially after a back injury at the gym, after which I subsequently got into a car accident, and then I re-injured my back at the gym AGAIN. I can’t explain the frustration of being back to almost 100% twice and needing to essentially start over. But in came Jennifer. When I tell you that she is truly an angel from heaven, I am not exaggerating in the slightest. This incredible human spent months treating me, guiding me through my recoveries, and being the most supportive person ever. She is so kind, patient, and absolutely amazing at what she does. I’m probably not the easiest patient because I’m not great at not pushing myself when I shouldn’t, but Jennifer always understood what I’m like and knew how to work with me even when I was being absurd. She brought me back from terrible condition three times, restarting the process with patience, encouragement, and positivity, even though she probably should have been so disappointed that we were back at square one yet again. I can never thank her enough for what she did for me. She is a magician, and thanks to her I am almost fully recovered and back to the place I was before this all started. 10000/10 stars.
