Went to the store today at 8.20pm, the mall closes at 9pm but i understand if they closed at 8.30. I knew what i want, just wanted to try it on once and purchase it. The lady told me that they close at 8.30 and she has locked everything up so i can only look but not try it on. How am I suppose to purchase without trying? And i still had 10 mins until the store closes. Now have to make run to another store to purchase it.

I have visited many Swarovski stores, but the Bramalea location has provided the worst experience I’ve ever had. I walked in looking for a birthday gift for my friend and waited for about 10 minutes before a sales associate even acknowledged me. She had headphones in and was on the phone the entire time. I had to loudly say, “Excuse me” to get her attention, as she didn’t greet me or make eye contact.

When I asked about necklaces and matching earrings, she showed no interest in helping me, lazily pointing at a section and saying, “Those are the necklace collections.” Then, instead of assisting me further, she walked behind the counter and continued her phone conversation.

I am extremely disappointed in this level of customer service. Swarovski is a well-known brand, and I would expect much higher standards from its employees. This kind of neglectful and unprofessional behavior reflects poorly on the company, and I hope management takes appropriate action to ensure better service in the future.

Worst Swarovski store, I asked her if she can check my size for the ring. I have never worn, she said first you buy one ring and then pay and then she will give me what my size is.
How does this make any sense?

Such a bad store and customer service is awful. They are charging more price for swarovski jewellery. I bought earnings for $195 however on swarovski website same earnings is for $179 and when I told them they said they didn’t adjust price according to Swarovski and also I want to exchanged it they said u can exchange it for one time. Don’t go to this store..don’t waste your time and money.

I wanted to support a local business and I have seen this store in Bramalea city centre multiple times. I asked the employee, Deshal, if they had any Van Cleef earrings, and I made it clear that I did not want a fake or knock off product. She assured me that the product she was telling me were real VanCleef earrings, and that they were on sale. it turns out that they were not real Van Cleef earrings and I did not know better because I’ve never bought these before. I asked her multiple times if the product she was selling me were real van Cleef earrings and she assured me repeatedly. I asked for a refund and the owner Tim is denying that as they stayed their policy is exchange only. I would understand if I bought some thing and it was not liked and would exchange at that point however, I was sold a fraudulent product and prefer a refund. I recommend that this business is reported for counterfeit and fraud.
