Went here today for some necklaces for myself. If you are in a rush,then it’s the best place to buy coz they have amazing designs. They ensure every client is taken care of. Store Manager, was my representative today and his service was amazing. We had a few laughs and I got what I needed. I was also able to do a ring size and he was very helpful with future purchases. I highly recommend this location.

***RUN AWAY PEOPLE***EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE*** MISLEADING AND DECEPTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE*** ?????
I wish there was an option to give NEGATIVE 5 stars. I went there to get my broken Michael Hill gold chain repaired. There was a tall guy with glasses, I believe he was the store owner and his name was Shaikh. Before I proceeded with pre-paying the repair charges ($56.50) and handed over the chain, I specifically asked him if there will be any joints visible, because there shouldn’t be any..he said not to worry, and I trusted him.
Look at the photos and see for yourself !! WHAT A JOKE !! The store claims “we repair Jewelry” !!!! If he had told me he will be doing such a terrible job by just soldering the broken link making the repair so obvious then why the hell would I have paid.
Thanks to this store that now I have to pay again to get the chain repaired properly.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at *Good Time Jewellers* and honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The service was absolutely terrible. I was ignored when I entered the store, waiting around while the staff seemed to avoid assisting me. It felt like I was being watched but deliberately overlooked, and I couldn't shake the feeling that it was because of my ethnicity.

As someone who was eager to find a good jeweller, this experience was disheartening and uncomfortable. The staff lacked any genuine customer service, and it was clear they weren't interested in helping me. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming, or respectful jeweller. There are many other places with better service and more inclusive atmospheres. I definitely will not be coming back and do not recommend to anyone that wants to have a good time, which is ironic.

Recieved a ring from this store in December. Since then two stones have fallen out. The first time they replaced it and was told if it happens again we would have to pay for it. This should not be happening to a new ring that is not suffering through a lot of wear and tear. Two stone in 4 months just equals poor quality.
