I’ve had the pleasure of attending both in-studio and online classes at Sunshine Yoga Academy, and I’m beyond impressed! I am so grateful for Sunshine Yoga and our beautiful teacher, Mirta Romberg, whose passion, profound depth of knowledge and compassion are a true inspiration. I’ve been a student at many yoga studios in Calgary in the past but I have never encountered such a peaceful, pure and supportive environment as Sunshine Yoga. It feels like home.

I have been going to this studio since 2007 and I highly recommend it⭐️ The body benefits from movement of the real yoga, and the mind benefits from stillness of the meditation ?‍♀️. The singing bowls are a bonus to your relaxation within your body❣️
Mirta is very compassionate and gives guidance to every person she encounters in her teachings - yoga training, reflexology and meditation classes.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sunshine Yoga Studio and my Divine teacher Mirta Romberg. From the first day I walked in this studio, I felt “I was home”. Finally, I found a safe space and a loving and kind, and very experienced teacher that teaches and practices what I call “real” yoga.

This practice with Mirta has changed my life in many positions ways, right from the first class being taught to actually breath properly from the diaphragm, to challenging and strengthening asana practices that have improved my balance and physical body, right through to the amazing and relaxing meditation offered at the end of the class that has vastly improved my mental health.

Since practicing with Mirta, my anxiety has disappeared, my mind is much more calm and my physical body is balanced and strong. Mirta is loving and compassionate to everyone and has vast knowledge and experience. She is a true teacher and truly wants to help her students, and she also has a wonderful sense of humour.

Not only is this finest yoga offered, this amazing teacher offers yoga therapy and other alternative modalities to enhance and balance the body, mind and spirit. She offers the most amazing yoga teacher training and other courses , and I have enjoyed many of them.

I highly highly recommend anyone who wants to improve any part of their life to join this studio and practice with Mirta.
