My Costa Rica yoga retreat with Erika was off the charts . She curated an amazing yoga experience in one of the most beautiful places on earth. I would definitely attend another retreat with Erika & highly recommend to anyone.

The bodhi tree resort is the perfect place for yoga, located near the beach in beautiful Nosara.

Erika has been one of my favourite yoga instructors at Nova Yoga Calgary for years & I was so excited to travel with her to Nosara. In addition to Erika’s amazing morning power classes , there was daily vinyasa & meditation every day. The group excursions were so fun. We went surfing, ziplining over the jungle , and dinner at a local restaurant & another night dancing.

Even more special was the new friends we made. It was such a diverse interesting fun group of yogis.

Erika is a complete light, joy and inspiration to be around and work with! I met Erika a few years ago and am so thankful I did! Everything she does is so well thought out and intentioned and always comes from a place of love and putting your needs first. I have been fortunate enough to get to work with Erika over the years including going on a yoga retreat with her to Nicaragua! The experience was first class, extremely well planned and executed with such professionalism and love- it was an experience I will always cherish. If you ever get the chance to work with her, do it, you will not regret it!

Attended Nicaragua yoga retreat. Erika is extremely kind and wonderful. The retreat far exceeded my expectations, great variety of events, stunning venue and met some exceptional people. Erika had to pivot many times to accommodate all of us and retreat was extremely well organized. She offered advice and support on travel which took the stress off.
