I recently went to Stretch Lab for my first time , I was a bit skeptical at first but I have to say afterwards I was extremely impressed with the results! My hips have been very tight for a long time so I decided that it was time to try something new. I was booked in with Erin and I gotta say she really knows her stuff and was super helpful even after our session! She was kind enough to do some research for me on her own time which made me feel like she cares a lot about her job. I wouldn't hesitate at all to go back again and I definitely recommend booking with Erin if you can get an appointment with her!!

I had a really amazing experience here! Sharon is really lovely and kind every single customer that comes in. Also, Leah did my stretching. I did a trial session and then I bought a three pack starter pack because I’m only in Calgary for a month taking care of Sick family.

But honestly, this place is really great and amazing! I wish they had one in Montreal! Highly recommend! I feel so good after each session!

Booked myself an intro for StretchLab because I have been having extremely bad back pain. I have tried physio but it didn't seem to give me the relief that I experienced after my first session at StretchLab. I was able to move better and my pain was reduced. Highly recommend getting yourself booked in if you're experiencing any body pain.

My introductory session at Stretch Lab was a nice experience. The hour started with a conversation with the tech so he could get an understanding of what areas needed work then we did a baseline scan that showed where my flexibility, mobility and posture were at. After that the tech got to work using a massage gun, and then the stretches began. Each stretch felt amazing. You're in control of how deep you want the stretch to be and the movements felt effective but never painful. All in all a nice complement to yoga and at home stretching with the feeling of relaxation you get from a massage.
