Love this studio! The coaches at F45 West District are always so positive, supportive, and helpful! From day one, I felt welcomed and part of a community. Oh my Gosh, F45 Training West District is exactly what I've been needing without realizing it's been available to me all along. I usually shy away from group workouts, preferring smaller groups of people, but with the set up, the fast-paced transitions, and guided workouts on the screen, I barely know that anyone is there but me! The trainers are excellent. Everyone I've met have been friendly and supportive, providing form correction, inspo and motivation. I couldn't be happier to have discovered how effectively F45 Training West District fits into my life and my goals. Thank you F45 Training West District

In March, a small group of friends and I used our F45 Passport to try out this location for the first time. From the moment we arrived, the environment felt welcoming and well-organized. The space was clean, the equipment was in good condition, and the overall vibe was positive and energetic.

What really stood out, though, were the coaches, Ryan and Nichole. They were both fantastic! Ryan brought great energy to the session and was super attentive, offering helpful tips throughout. Nichole was equally amazing: encouraging and knowledgeable. Both coaches pushed us to work hard, move fast, and lift heavy, all while keeping the atmosphere fun.

We left feeling challenged and excited to come back! Highly recommend this location.

The workouts are always dynamic, challenging, and fun, with a perfect mix of strength and cardio that keeps things fresh and engaging. The sense of community here is also amazing—everyone is friendly, and the environment is so positive and uplifting. You leave every session feeling stronger, both physically and mentally.
