I had a great experience at Stones. It's a gorgeous little shop, and the sales team is friendly and kind. I liked a ring that was similar to one in the half-price case, but I couldn't afford it, so they showed me the one on sale, and I couldn't resist. Having it sized and shipped was so easy and fast. I had it in my hands in Washington State in Thursday after purchasing on Sunday even needing sizing. The whole process was smooth and simple.

Stones Jewelry Store in Victoria at the Empress Hotel is a professional, no pressure jeweler that was very helpful when trying my wife a one-a-king pearl front with rubies and diamonds. My eyes were drawn to it. With the savings of VAT and tax as well as a favorable currency exchange rate , it was a more than fair price. Their jewelry is in all price ranges and definitely not cookie cutter as seen in chain stores. They design their own pieces. We can’t wait to go back there!

Fantastic experience! I walked in to the Empress to look at the beautiful architecture and left with a beautiful ring. It was exactly what I'd been searching for and I had not seen it on display. But when I described what I wanted, Stones Jewellery associates found it! The whole experience was wonderful. Friendly knowledgeable staff, easy communication and quality jewelry. Thank you! Outstanding. I have purchased multiple pieces, as I find the quality and design are world class. I receive constant compliments from international jewellers on the items from Stones when I travel. The quality speaks. Not a mainstream cookie cutter products, very patient and knowledgeable sales associates, professionals. Said that, I find the price points are very fair. Enjoyable experience every time.
