I had struggled with what to do with my wedding set after divorcing, it was too beautiful to just leave in a drawer & I didn't want to wear it anymore, not even on the right hand. I decided to have Francis Jewellers make it into something I would actually wear.
I'm so very pleased with my new diamond birthstone pendant & stud earrings! Emma was wonderful & their sevice and workmanship is impeccable. I would highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.

I recently visited this jeweler to have a bracelet—purchased elsewhere—hand engraved, and I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service I received from start to finish.
Although my request was modest in value, I was treated with the kind of care and attention you might expect if you were spending thousands. I simply asked that the engraving be legible and that the font complement the style of the bracelet. I trusted the engraver’s eye—and I’m so glad I did.
Not only was I contacted promptly by email when the piece was ready (even sooner than expected), but the finished result exceeded all expectations. The engraver turned an ordinary piece into something truly special—a bracelet I will now cherish and love to wear.
Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, warmth, and outstanding craftsmanship. It was an absolute pleasure!

Francis Jewellers is absolutely fantastic - there's no one I trust more with our family heirlooms. I have had several family rings redesigned and with Karen and Rafal's incredible insight, talent and experience, I now have some amazing legacy rings for my daughters. Karen and Rafal have always been helpful and patient while going through the process of ideas and design and I can't say enough about how positive my experiences are with them! Customer service, integrity and quality are exactly what you can expect when you go there - so happy to work with them and look forward to many years of seeing them again with more projects!

The worst place I have ever had the discomfort being taken advantage of. I was a very advid customer to the watch place at the bay center due to having a plethora of watches. $37.60 for just a battery replacement. To find out a block away it would have been 6-10 dollars. Poor form and disgusted at their clearly absurd pricing. You should be ashamed to think that obviously I was a tourist. By all means make money but I have the receipt that I'll be glad to share so nobody else is subjected to your one way street shenanigans. I'm baffled how you can operate that way.
Will post again and again!
