Skye is nothing short of amazing and was born to be in the industry of healing and recovery. She provides knowledge, insight and expertise while working with you, has a wide range of techniques she uses from basic relaxation treatment to full blown range of motion & recovery methods to help your body heal and progress.

For context, I had shoulder surgery 6 months ago and she’s educated me, guided me, and applied tools needed to help with scar tissue break up, fascia and muscular release, ‘RAPID’ a joint/ligament technique and more and it has been very successful in my recovery thus far.
I’ve found over the years it has been hard to find a massage therapist who is fully engaged in investigating ways to better help their clients in getting them to a place of maintenance and upkeep rather than seeing them for the same worsening condition with no improvement.
Skye from initial appointment, has continued to be the best RMT service provider I’ve been fortunate to have access to and I highly recommended her as your next massage therapist! :)

I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by Skye since she was in her second year of Massage Therapy School (2024 Evolve graduate).

The growth she has shown as a practitioner is truly astounding. A common piece of feedback is that people assume she’s been practicing for years based on her skill and ability.

As a fellow manual therapist (DOMP/RMT), I can absolutely attest to this. Skye is a true healer. Her passion for Massage Therapy and helping others is evident in every aspect of her practice.

She has a gift and is, without a doubt, one of the best manual therapists I’ve ever been treated by (practicing since 2014).

Her intuitive approach reflects not only a high degree of knowledge but also a skill set rooted in a deeper understanding of self-connection and the body’s innate ability to heal.
