I was visiting from BC over the holidays and decided to pop in to try the red light therapy bed. I was able to utilize the walk in services. The place was very clean, organized, and the staff were so friendly! I really appreciated the sincere and welcoming service. The red light room was large and spacious, with good lighting. The bed was comfortable and warmed up very quickly. It wasn’t loud but had a nice, white noise hum that was very relaxing. It didn’t emit a loud noise when the bed turned off, which I really like as some beds turn off so loudly it scares you right out of your resting state ?. I was able to pick up some eye patches and magnesium oil and was given advice on how to maximize the usage. I found the prices very decent and will be back soon to try the infrared sauna. Thank you!!

I had the chance to try a 30-minute red light therapy session today, and it was a really great experience! I've never tried it before nor have I ever used a tanning bed before, but everyone was so welcoming and nice. They walked me through how it all works, and that helped eased some anxiety that I was feeling. I was really comfortable thought-out the entire experience, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a way to relax.
