I discovered SPINCO with a friend. It was first trying a spin class. Chelsea and the others made me feel welcome and were very encouraging. I am a visitor to Victoria but I will definitely go back on my next visit. The facilities are clean and equipment top notch. It’s not a huge place so everyone is made to feel like family with personal attention if you need it. Great job SPINCO Oak Bay!!

Kelly is an absolute legend. She’ll challenge you, push you out of your comfort zone, and somehow have you smiling the whole time. Her energy is infectious, and starting the week with her is always a highlight. One of my all-time favorite instructors!
