Avoid this place at all costs. Sonali Jewellers treat you nicely only when you’re buying. They praise you, speak kindly — but once you’ve made the purchase, the attitude changes completely. They don’t explain return or exchange policies, and later refuse to take anything back, giving excuse after excuse.

We spent $2,000 on a gold chain and $250 on gold earrings. The very next day, the diamond fell out of the earring. When we went back, they replaced it without our permission using mismatched stones that didn’t match the original design. On top of that, their prices are much higher than other jewelers.

This business is dishonest and provides terrible after-sale service. Do not waste your money here. There are much better and more trustworthy jewelers elsewhere.
