Absolutely Amazing Experience!
Had an incredible visit to Maya Gold today — was warmly welcomed by a lovely lady and her son (I think), both so sweet and friendly. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. They offered fair, transparent pricing that matched the current market — no pressure, no inflated costs. The transaction was smooth and completed within minutes. I walked out genuinely happy and impressed. In all my years dealing with jewelers, I’ve never had such a positive and effortless experience. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Maya Gold Jewellers! The staff were super friendly, and Vickey was especially helpful—he went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The whole store had a really good vibe, and everyone made me feel very welcomed. I ended up buying a beautiful gold bracelet that I absolutely love. The quality is great and it looks stunning. I definitely recommend Maya Gold Jewellers to anyone looking for a new piece of gold jewelry. Five stars for sure! (love from Vancouver!!)

Over priced, at least $40-50 over the market price. Extremely rude and obnoxious owners. They treat you with respect only if you come there shopping with older parents. We went there to buy my niece her first earring, a bracelet and my friend wanted a pendant for his finance, my husband and I were looking for an emerald ring (everyone wanted a piece of jewelry as it was Akshaya thrithiya) and were treated like we were poor people with no money. They didn’t want to show us their collections, felt rushed and felt like they didn’t want us there.
Walked right out and went to Shagun next door, better pricing, beautiful collection and extremely kind owners. Yeah, will take our business to them or anyone for that matter, never coming back here. No thanks.

I had the worst experience at Maya Jewellers. The customer service is appalling, and they judge you based on your buying power. If they feel like your purchase isn’t big enough to make it worth their time, they completely ignore you. I overheard the owner's son mention that they charge on a sliding scale, so if you’re buying smaller items, they price them ridiculously high. There’s no consistency in their pricing, and it feels like you're being taken advantage of.

The owner is rude and unprofessional—he actually walked away in the middle of a conversation about a purchase. His wife is equally unwelcoming. This shop’s toxic atmosphere makes the item you buy feel tainted by the negative experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value good service and fair pricing. Absolutely unworthy of your business.
