I joined Rock Center Calgary a few months ago, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health and well-being. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by the entire team — especially Monika and the amazing trainers who genuinely care about your progress.

Joining Women Rock Centre was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I came in unsure, but over time, I found my confidence, strength, and a mindset that truly puts me first. Monika has a positive energy and inspiring. She constantly reminds us to focus on ourselves and lift each other up, Culturally as a South Asian woman we often don’t prioritize our own well-being, so being in this space was both refreshing and empowering.

At first, it was just a challenge, but it quickly became a lifestyle. I started eating healthier, not just to lose weight, but to feel good. I began enjoying workouts and actually looked forward to going to the gym. The community of women is amazing, just motivation and real encouragement.
