Excellent value for money! The atmosphere is relaxing, the place is spotless with new and well-maintained facilities, including showers fully stocked with everything you need. Massage therapist Beira truly knows what she’s doing — she focused on my back muscles and I felt an incredible release of tension afterwards. More than satisfied with the service I received.

I’ve never had a massage/spa experience like this and Kalab blew my mind. There were hot stones, hot towels, and some wonderful surprises. I felt like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders - literally. I highly recommend 90 minutes. I did not want it to end! And the spa facilities - steam room, pool, hot tub, snacks - next level. The staff was beyond welcoming…I sometimes get nervous and overwhelmed going to a new place but this felt like coming home. Even the other guests were so lovely! What a terrific experience. And I needed it!

The service was excellent, and they were very accommodating. My wife and I enjoyed a couples massage and were highly satisfied with the results. We adore the historical charm of the facility and the swimming area. The inclusion of amenities like a sauna, pool, and hot tub ensured a relaxing experience before and after the massage. It would enhance the experience if they offered a variety of tea options and a few more snack choices. Nonetheless, we will definitely return!

The whole experience at RnR was smooth from beginning to end. The ladies at the desk were very friendly and booked me in for that same evening. First, I was taken into a private waiting room with complementary snacks and refreshments, which was such a welcome surprise after a long day of work. I had Andy as my RMT for a Relaxation 60min massage that felt heavenly. He was attentive and a master of his art. I was treated to more healthy snacks and refreshments afterwards, which again was unexpected and very much appreciated. I highly recommend.

Giving a 2 star because the whirlpool / pool facilities are shared with the hotel guests so it's not as private or relaxing due to the noise levels and atmosphere, and not very clean. Shower gel was empty, and showers were quite messy. We had a couples massage and did not think the therapists were very well skilled. One therapist spent most of their time putting massage lotion on hands versus massaging - and both did not listen to requests for having only specific parts massaged, and parts were missed i.e. left side of neck when the specific request was to concentrate on neck. As per the website info, not a lot of supplies are in the change room. The lounge was out of tea the entire stay, and was never replenished. I think a bit more TLC then this spa could go up to a 3 star. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place to others, there are a lot of other better run spas in Calgary with much better massage treatments.
