I have been getting my massages here over 2 years & i have tried different masseuses. All have their own unique style & really go above & beyond. I have recently stuck to Tray Best & Ella .. They are so knowledgeable. Ella this time shared a few exercises to strengthen my pelvis area as she identified the issue accurately. I always come back home relaxed & pain free. Highly recommend getting your massages here!!

Great little independent massage therapy spot in downtown Calgary! They were able to fit me in last minute and accommodate my last minute appointment. I e had chronic neck pain for years and Lawrena listened to what my issues were and then gave me the best targeted neck and back treatment I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Lawrena and Hands on! Thank you ??

I can give this place and my masseur. It was better that I expected but not as perfect as it should be. For the price that people pay,to my mind you must to receive full body check and recomendations without asking for these.

I had a sport massage. As I mentioned it was better than I expected but compairing with sport massage from Thailand,Ukraine,Russia, Belarus- there is a huge difference.More muscles should be worked in an hour. Also I would like to have more hospitality and care. Anyways, maybe for Canada it's fine:) Thanks
