The young hairdresser got dye on my shirt collar & my scarf. I had asked her before we started if I should take off scarf or shirt & she assured me it was okay she knew my collar had dye on it & said it was just water. I am upset because it was a new shirt.

Not impressed. Tried to book an appointment. Left a message 2 weeks ago with no response. Called today only to be redirected to the only stylist accepting new clients. She actually works full time somewhere else and wanted to be paid in cash. I live very close to this salon and have mobility issues which makes things challenging. I declined the appointment.

I scored a one star as I have no idea how they are and probably never will. Ive called like 12 times and there is no answer. There is an answering machine with a very old message. And did not receive a call back, so maybe out of business? No idea. I was looking for a new salon in the neighbourhood. I will keep looking.

Lacks professionalism!! I got haircut appointment on her instagram page for Aug 11 at 2pm. I scheduled my everything according to this appointment. I reached there 10 minutes early but still had to wait till 2.20 pm. Then after waiting i was told they have no booking for me(loudly and confidently). Then she said i will check and told me that i had appointment last week but i did not show up. i said i have instagram conversation that says aug 11. Then she asked me to wait for 40 minutes more if i want to get hair cut. She wasted my time. I went there on bus (travelled 1hour 15 minutes ). Confusions can happens but it seemed like she did not feel bad at all that she wasted someone’s time.
