Mel is the absolute best. Explains everything! If she can’t do want you want to your hair she will explain why. Her integrity is impeccable. She’s never allowed to quit ? My hair is perfect all the time. We’ve done brown, red and blonde and it always turns out amazing. She always will let you know what your expectations should be based on your hair type. Never disappointed!

I did several service at Emerald and Oak Salon. Sarah did my hair for colouring and she does wonderful job on my hair. My daughter had 7th birthday Sarah (did my hair) and Keisha (did my daughter) we got a lot of compliments on our hair style!! Definitely will recommend it. Will always come back because over all staff are welcoming, friendly and amazing!

Highly recommend this salon to anyone and everyone, each stylist that works there is fantastic, Amanda in specific is amazing though. My daughter and I went to see her & she took extra good care of us with the hair wash/ cut & style. She gave my daughter the cutest bangs ever and was great with her considering my daughter is very anxious especially when it comes to hair washing, but she wasn’t anxious at all with Amanda. Super friendly, awesome pricing, and great with kids too! I will definitely keep coming back :)

Love going here. Iv only been there once but it was great. My stylist did a fantastic job. I also take my kids there. They had their very first hair cut here. Done by Sarah. She even tied up the hair she cut off so I could keep it. Love the atmosphere here and the location is very convenient for me. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I’ve brought both my teenage daughters here recently for haircuts, and going forward it’s the only salon they want to visit. They both enjoyed their experience here and loved their cuts. The ladies they saw made them both feel heard and communicated regularly through the service to make sure they were getting exactly what they wanted. It’s a beautiful salon with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. All the staff we’ve come in contact with have been very pleasant and seem to genuinely want to make sure you have a great experience. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
