PVolve has been a great option for me to get some regular exercise. With the 2 week prebool window I easily schedule in the classes I want and feel accountable to ensure I go.

I choose Pvolve after trying a few other group workout classes that I didn't jot enjoy as much. I have been going for two and a half months. The workouts leave me sore but energized!

Their schedule is also great to fit in with my work schedule downtown.

The instructors manage to remember names quickly! No clue how they do it.

Overwhelmed with delight that this studio, this workout and this community exists in Victoria. We are so fortunate. This workout is the best thing to happen to my 40 year old butt! Thank you to Lou, Emily, Samantha and all the incredible instructors. They are truly skilled at what they do. I love you all!

Where do I begin?! I absolutely love the Pvolve method. I’ve never been consistent with working out before, but the variety in equipment, class types, and routines keeps me engaged and excited to come back day after day - sometimes even twice ;) !! The focus on low-impact, functional movements have been perfect for building strength and mobility - especially in my core! The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable- each with strong backgrounds in fitness, making every workout feel professional and personalized. It truly feels like a family here - the Pvolve trainers and staff along with its members are one of a kind! There is always someone cheering you on, making it a supportive and uplifting environment. Plus, the studio is always clean, bright, and well-maintained which adds to an already great experience. Highly recommend the Pvolve method!!

Lovely studio! Great staff!
I've been practicing Pvolve for a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've lost weight and regained a healthy back, which has made a significant difference in my overall well-being. I’ve been doing Pvolve since it first opened. The studio is beautiful and the trainers and staff are all amazing. I recommend Pvolve to everyone! Since starting Pvolve I’ve experienced greater strength, stability, cardiovascular fitness and incredible muscle tone and definition. I average 3-4 classes/week as cross training for my running and I have had significantly improved my 5k, 10k and marathon times since starting it. Definitely recommend!
