PT Kinetics offers a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Tanya is very knowledgeable, accommodating and genuinely caring. The 6AM opening hours are perfect for me, allowing me to come in first and head straight to work afterward. Also, whenever I have pain and any mobility issue, i will contact them right away because I trust their expertise and skills. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for expert.

I’ve had pain in my traps & neck for years on end. & I didn’t think it was possible to get resolved. I’ve had constant pain & spams every single day until I met Tanya. I booked an appointment with Mike A. Mike is patient, knowledgeable and passionate. He assessed my injury and created a personalized plan to get me back on track towards my health goals. I came in with an ankle injury, and now I feel confident I am not only recovering but building strength. By partnering with Mike and following his direction I am on track to participate in my first 10km run (with no injury)! I highly recommend partnering with Mike A to reach your health goals.

I recently started seeing Jordan for massage therapy, here. In the past, I always used the same handful of ladies at a place in Okotoks. Ever since I tried Jordan, I won't bother going back to Okotoks.
His attentiveness at the beginning of every appointment is a breath of fresh air. Pair that with his attentiveness to him literally feeling every muscle he passes upon, and adjusts his pressure or direction.. winning combo!
I'll also praise his ability to read my mood if I'm chatty or if I just want to doze and be quiet. I've had many times where I didn't feel like keeping up a convo but wasn't sure how to say it and didn't want to sound rude. Jordan just knows.
Highly recommend!
