They have some great masseuses there. I signed up for a subscription twice now to make sure I go. After a car accident 4 years ago I need to get regular massages or I am not a happy camper. The monthly subscription gives you a really nice discount and ensures you go and take care of yourself!! :)

I have been a client at Massage Heights Shepard for almost four years. I find the facility clean, calm and welcoming. I love the ability to book online or via the text line.
I have had several massage therapists and have had positive experiences. A favourites are: Mary, Leilo, Katie and Zaldy. All four are profession, provide medium pressure and dynamic cupping. I would recommend these four therapists without hesitation.

Very good massages from their masseuses. I like Bev a lot. She is super strong and can really give a great deep massage! The prices are the only drawback. If you want a good priced massage, you have to buy into a full year program.

Sneaky business
Tell you that get 90 minute then they tell you later they deduct 10 minutes without telling you
Oh wait it’s in their sneaky contract and also the massage therapist pushes you to get the membership continually during the first massage

I know why I think but my massage therapist wouldn’t tell me ha ha
I. Believe they get commissions for signing you up as well as other commissions

Then they don’t tell you that although you signed at a specific rate in THEIR CONTRACT they can raise the rates whenever they want
VERY DISHONEST
Never again nor will I refer

Much better massages elsewhere by more professional businesses

I HAVE HAD MASSAGES WORLDWIDE and have never encountered this tacky business practice !!!
