Emma is no less than phenomenal at what she does. She listens to your needs as well as assesses your body so she clearly understands what is needed to help you feel your absolute best. I have a physically demanding career and she definitely keeps me able to continue doing it. My whole family now sees Emma and they love her as well. From adults to teenagers who play sports, I highly recommend Emma!
