The gym is always clean, the equipment is in great shape, and the overall vibe is super positive and judgment-free—just like they advertise. Big shoutout to the manager for keeping things running smoothly and creating such a comfortable environment to work out in.

My favorite part? The massage machines you can use after a workout—such a great way to wind down.

Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a supportive and well-maintained place to stay fit!

Been coming here for almost a year. Equipment is basically all brand new and good quality. The staff are friendly and keep the place decently clean for a budget gym. The music that is played is requested via an app so you can play what you want or bring headphones if you don’t like what is playing. Overall good value for the money. There are busy times, and not busy times use the app to figure it out. It’s nice they have a trainer on duty too.

Great gym great staff. However people have no actual reason to put weights away after they are done. Leaving the squat racks in a terrible state. They have a lunk alarm for bodybuilding but not for inconsiderate people. Should really consider cancelling memberships. It wouldn't take long.
before people start paying attention.

Oh and please can we change the filter finally? It takes like a swimming pool.

Overall pretty good, but we had some challenges trying a day pass.. it was the busiest time of day and through no fault of PF it is frustrating seeing many people just scrolling on their phones while sitting on a machine.

Also we found the 30m circuit area.. no staff around and minimal signage, so people kept coming in and taking a machine over and using it longer than the circuit intervals. Also they really could use an audible sound for end of a set.. its just a traffic light awkwardly placed on a bulkhead.

For the rest of the gym machines are really nice and there are a lot.. the bench area is annoying as it is just super crowded.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This gym clearly doesn’t value basic human decency — especially not when it comes to how they treat older members. My mother, who was nothing but polite and excited to start her fitness journey, was treated with blatant disrespect by staff who acted like they were too good to answer a simple question or offer a helping hand.

She was brushed off, talked down to, and made to feel like a burden for trying to better her health. Is this the culture you’re promoting — one where arrogance replaces customer service and ageism is alive and well?

To anyone considering this place: save your money and your dignity. There are plenty of gyms out there with competent staff who don’t treat people like an inconvenience. This one clearly missed the memo on kindness, professionalism, and basic human respect.

Do better.
